CONTINUING
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR APPRAISERS IN
Nevada::
Appraisal
licenses are valid for a two (2) year period.
There is no grace period for renewals.
Completion
of thirty (30) hours in programs approved
by the Board must be taken each renewal
period.. Education must include a
minimum of 7 hours of Uniform Standards
of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
This requirement may NOT be met through
distance learning.
